We collect and process personal data that you provide to us within our contractual relationship, to the extent: name and surname (or company), address, ID number and VAT number, email address, telephone number, bank account number, for the duration of the contract and further for the necessary period of time to be determined by adequate legislation.

 

If you have voluntarily provided your personal data via the web interface www.czech-press.cz , www.uzvisproc.cz or www.ikoktejl.cz (ordering a magazine, participating in a competition, job seeker, etc.) for the purpose of possible the establishment of a future contractual relationship with CZECH PRESS GROUP, as, we process your personal data on the basis of the provisions of § 5 para. b) of the Personal Data Protection Act and the provisions of Art. 6 par. 1 let. b) GDPR for 1 year.

 

Provision of personal data to third parties:

CZECH PRESS GROUP, as undertakes not to provide the personal data provided by you in any way to third parties outside the company CZECH PRESS GROUP and its related entities. Your personal data will be provided to third parties only in cases where we are obliged by law (state institutions and authorities), when it will be necessary for the performance of the contract (eg our subscriber administrator - SEND PředPLete, sro, carriers, etc.) or you have given your prior consent. Our employees, business partners and processors of personal data are bound by a duty of confidentiality. Your personal data will not be provided to countries outside the EU.

Right of access, correction, extract from processed personal data:

• You have the right to request access to the personal data provided by you, for their correction or addition.

Right to restrict processing, objection or transfer:

• You have the right to limit the processing of personal data provided by you. You also have the right to object to the storage and processing of the personal data you provide and you can exercise the right to data portability.

Right of cancellation, right of withdrawal of consent:

• You have the right to request from CZECH PRESS GROUP, as the deletion of the personal data provided by you in the event that the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were processed. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of the personal data provided by you, provided that there is no other legal basis for their processing.
